Cape Town based Los Muertos Motorcycles have caught our attention with their custom Honda XL500 Swart Gevaar.
What started as a stock 1981 Honda XL500 motorcycle has been transformed into a rugged scrambler that will definitely turn some heads on the road. The bike has been customized from top to bottom, but still retains the aesthetic appeal we love with the old XL500 bikes. LMMC kept the updates subtle, replacing the fuel tank with a Yamaha XT250 unit, 18 inch wheels wrapped in Maxxis off-road tires, but it’s the gloss black artwork by local artist David Brits that really pulled everything together. The brown leather seat is a nice finishing touch to the classic 2 wheeler. Check out some of the photos below. [Via]
